So, since moving out of residence on Thursday evening I have been out of internet and still am :( Lived with Julia over the weekend and that was a lot of fun, as I worked tons and made lots of mula! :D wahooo! Then yesterday, after work, my two friends and I moved into our new house!! yipee!! it was so exciting and I had never seen the place so it was nice to see it and it turned out to be really nice :) Anyways, we were hooking up the internet, or trying to get hooked up, and it wasn't working :( bummer - stupid owners didn't tell us anything - and so we called today and found out that it's not getting hooked up until saturday!! ahhhh!@! which isn't too bad and it's making me find other things to do than waste my time but I'M BORED!!!!!! haha - but it's CAMP KWASIND this weekend which I'm very excited for and can't wait...and then I'll be able to come home to internet!!!!!!! anyways, gotta run, the meter is probably out of time! see you all soon! energetic**UPDATE (5:00 p.m.) so, i just got a call from my sister Alyson and she's staying at my dad's for the summer...right now with no job she's been organizing his life (much needed at that) and FOUND MY "CRAYOLA" pants that i made the first summer i worked at camp!! hehe soooooo excited so i'll have those for this summer which will be nice!!! hehehehehehe - so giddy now that I found that out - i've been missing them for over a year and didn't have them last summer for camp :( but now i'll have them for this summer - well off to work at the pool!** |

well, today was my early morning of guarding...it was THE LONGEST 4 1/2 hours of my LIFE! but it turned out alright and therefore made about $45! sweeeeeeet! but then i came home EXHAUSTED, slept for half hour, went to class, and now i'm ready to pass out for another two hours...but i need to make sure i have enough time to study and do notes...luckily my friend is helping me with my sociology - but my CHYS will be an interesting one..anyways going for a quick lunch - wish me luck and that i can get enough sleep and studying done...another 5:30 a.m. start tomorrow! exhausted |

Well, cheerfulLast night was the last night was my first night of teaching...well it was supposed to be Tuesday, but my concert was then (btw it was very good) so last night was my first night...it went pretty well - I started with my Swimmer 6 class being cancelled so I joined in with a level 3 and we'll make the class bigger since two people are teaching it... Then I had TWO level 5 classes, and my friend Simone joined me as a volunteer as she's trying to get hours for her WSI -- so I just screened them to see what we need to work on...it's crazy the differences between the two classes --> the first class pretty much SUCKS! and the second class was sooo much better!! haha crazyness...but it should be good and I'm looking forward to it.. Well, I'm off to get ready for another shift - guarding from 12:30 - 3:30...and next week I'm working like CRAZY -- monday 5:30-10:00 a.m., Tuesday 5:30-8:30 a.m. and teaching from 5:30-8 p.m., Wednesday teaching from 6-7 guarding from 7-9:30 p.m., Thursday teach from 5:30-7:45 guard 8-10p.m., Friday 7-10:30 a.m., and Saturday teaching 9a.m.-1p.m. (taking over for my friend who has an exam at those times) Going to make CRAZY good money next week :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D YAY! |

So for the past couple days, I haven't had much work to do so I reached into my draw and found ALL my craft stuff that I took with me after last summer as the craft lady...I've made 8 bracelets for all my friends - the group of us - each of us has one now - and a bead bracelet for myself as well as a hemp one -- man has it ever been good to get back into it and now i can't seem to stop either :P haha I even took stuff to class today since i knew it was going to be a boring one :P oh man do i ever love it - and of course for me it's all about the blue colours but i'm looking into making some funky colours so that my ankles will be full by the time the summer comes :P creativeSO EXCITED for the summer but i will definitely miss being the craft lady - but don't you fret - i will NEVER stop making crafts -- i'm going to buy some kits when i get some money from working with my friend because she wants me to teach her before i go away for the summer...so we'll see how that works out :) |

So, yesterday was band...and I TOTALLY didn't want to go as the week before I had a terrible time and basically couldn't play anything - it was an OFF day for sure - but I was also grumpy and having a terrible day in general...and I was completely exhausted. So I had a horrible time (this was last week) and dreaded the fact that I had to go to band yesterday afternoon...but I went there hoping I could do better -- so I DID! :) haha -- I had a blast -- the two clarinets that sit beside me were making fun of me the whole time because I was so hyper but I actually didn't do too badly either :):) YAY!! There's only two more practices and then there's a final recital or whatever you call them -- so I'm still debated whether or not I'll do it next year so this could be my last concert...we'll see :) But I'm glad that I'm enjoying it again!! haha  crazy*oh amazing discovery during my hyperness in band -- I HAVE "DIMPLES" on my thumbs -- I know it's weird but next time to see me ask me and I'll show you - some others have it too but others don't - it's weird -- they aren't actually dimples but that's what I'm calling them :P hehehehe* |

"Oh it's a statue," she replied,"the Smiths bought one and I liked it so I got one for us, too." No more was said, not even when they went to bed. Around 2 AM the husband got up, went to the kitchen and returned with a sandwich and a beer. "Here," he said to the statue, "have this. I stood like that for two days at the Smiths and nobody offered me a damned thing." The 5th Affair A man walked into a cafe, went to the bar and ordered a beer. "Certainly, Sir , that'll be one cent." "One Cent?" the man exclaimed. He glanced at the menu and asked: "How much for a nice juicy steak and a bottle of wine?" "A nickel," the barman replied. Well, I was on a Greyhound bus ride home and there was this little girl sitting in front of me. At first it was just a few glances back that I caught and at first I kind of ignored them. I was listening to my music and was in my own world. After awhile I gave in and started making faces and then she would look to see if i was watching her and if I was then she would hide behind the seat. This went on for a bit until she brought out spongebob - haha oh i'm a sucker for spongebob - not really but alrighty...so then we got into playing "I SPY" games and then hide and go seek (yes i know, on a bus - all she wanted to do was hide in her seat and i would find her and vice versa), then we played monster and rabbit - where the monster would scare the rabbit - and then funny faces. She asked my name and then I asked hers - i didn't quite catch it and didn't feel like asking again so we just went on having fun. She was so adorable :) Then we were getting into Toronto so she had to put on her coat and mitts and then we got off the bus and she gave me a HUGE wave goodbye - oh how cute she was!! haha lazyI love moments like this because it just helps confirm that my lifelong dream is going to be a reality sometime soon (ahhh scary) but also that it is something that I will be good at and that I will enjoy. Anyways, that's my input for the day. I'm finally home for the rest of reading week, and I'm glad because now it'll feel like reading week - I've been constantly on the go, barely anywhere for more than a day or without being constantly busy, and now I can rest, do nothing, have some fun with friends. It'll go by too quickly since I spent the majority of my reading week being busy and not relaxing, but it'll still be nice to have. So it's another late night in rez and everyone's partying and we just got back from a late walk to mcdonalds and tim hortons - i didn't get anything as i'm low on cash, but it was a fun walk!! It's Ryan's birthday so they all decided to get trashed - they started drinking at like 1 p.m. - CRAZY PEOPLE HERE IN REZ! contemplativeWell, I'm coming home this weekend and I'm VERY excited!! lol - Can't wait to have good cooked meals, bake cookies with my grandma, see my friends!! lol As you can tell from my title I can't WAIT for christmas - I finish exams on the 17th and am going to my dad's straight from here and staying there until xmas day when we go to my mom's. It's going to be a good 2 weeks but what sucks is i'm the only university that has to be back early - JANUARY 3RD! sooooo early it SUX! anyways, i'll suck it up and live on (hopefully) and enjoy the time that i do get off anyways, it's late - deciding between a movie or bed...not too tired so it may end up being a movie! hehe - my sleep pattern is CRAZY lately! oh the randomness of rez ---- I LOVE IT! |

haha...soooo it's like 8 a.m. saturday morning - probably the earliest i've EVER been awake (i awoke at 7 actually) - but for a VERY good reason. Julia is on her way (hopefully soon) to picking me up to go to my cottage! YAY! It was a complete last minute decision (as of 11 p.m. last night) and then i was up until 2 a.m. just chillin with friends and now i'm up -- boy and i tired...but i have a 3 hour nap to look forward to on the ride up -- anyways, it's the "cranberry festival" up at the cottage this weekend and i haven't missed it in many many years -- probably since i started going when i was = oh i'd say 4 or 5...and i definitely didn't want to miss it now...so julia and i decided that the gas money was worth spending and so now we're on our way - if only she would call me and tell me she was coming (she's now 10 mintues past when she said she would call) so now it's just a waiting game for the driver -- have an awesome weekend everyone! :D blah |

So, I definitely just joined the band here!! haha -- well, I've actually been talking back and forth with the conductor for the past week or two and on Friday I got an instrument (clarinet -- because that's what he wanted me to play)...cost me a buck and a half but it was worth it!! i know over the past bit it's been crazy how much i missed band class -- especially when i went back to school the other day -- i could've cared less about the other departments...i just wanted to go to music to see my music gurus! haha...anyways, so i went tonight - it was at six...and the clarinetists i sit with are awesome!! haha so fun -- and it was fun...except that i had to miss 1/2 of gilmore girls :( that's the downside of it...but again overall it was fun!! plus i did get to see the ending of gilmore girls (even though i had NO clue what was going on) .......... oh and 2 or 3 of the pieces that we played were ones i have already played so i'm excited because i already know how to play them -- that's it for me i guess...have 2 performances coming up -- one on December 2nd in Hamilton and one on December 6th here at brock!! haha i'm excited...anyways talk toyou later! calm |

so, i changed my room around AGAIN!! i don't think my room has lasted the same way for more than a week and i changed it like thursday and already i changed it! :) but i like it much better and it looks as if there is soooo much room! :) yay! now all we need is a television and lots of seats so that we can have movie marathons and whatnot! :) hehe....but classes went well today -- weird only have 2 hours of class in one day...but then again i have 8 hours on thursdays :S eeks -- well gotta go read some MORE -- the pile just keeps growing and growing...no matter HOW much i read - there's still more to do!! Well, I finally have my computer all working and the internet going -- FINALLY -- it's taken a week and a half to do it and I'm sooo happy that it's done!! haha yay! excitedOnly problem is that I should've been reading for the past 1 1/2 hours but instead I re-arranged my room AGAIN (for the 3rd time) and then set up my computer ... crazyness ... anyways, I'm on the internet and will be basically from now on! :) haha So just talk to me and if I'm there then I will talk back and if I'm not then I will talk later :P hehe Love you all! |

Wow, the moment I have finally been waiting for has come....KWASIND for the summer :):) YAY!!!!! I leave tomorrow - probably around 2ish - and i'm sooo excited...and everyone who talks to me just gets me more excited!! excitedToday has been an awesome day to send me off! :) haha...it started with my going SHOPPING for a new bathing suit and i found an AWESOME one at this store that victoria gibson sent me too -- haha good store too -- and i got 15% off since i'm a lifeguard! WAHOOOO!! then i went shopping at scarborough town centre and that was fun -bought a few things - and then went home blah blah blah - won't bore you with those things...and then it was time for something that i've been waiting for forever -- PAT AND VAL'S WEDDING! :) omgsh it was sooo good - got there just in time and sat with steph, rachael, and heather. the ceremony started and i was such a SAP!! haha -- andrea looked amazing, rachel looked stunning, and valerie - wow...there's nothing else to say...she was gorgeous. i was already crying when andrea came out and then when valerie stepped into the room - HELLO i think i almost drowned! :P haha not really but there were definite tears!! haha...the ceremony was beautiful and Ron did an amazing job describing things and what not. to say the least - it was a great way to celebrate those two FINALLY getting married!! haha then after that my aunt (not really my aunt - but my mom's best friend...but she's our aunt!!) came over for dinner and to chat with us before we leave for the WHOLE summer -- we had din dins and then went for a walk and then to DQ for dessert. It was so fun spending time with her - she's such a blast and hilarious so it was good! :) Kristen picked me up from DQ and we went to Timothy's to have a last chat before I leave for the summer. Honestly - spending that 45 minutes with her just got me so hyped up for the summer it was awesome...and we weren't even talking about camp the whole time - but it was really nice to get together with her because we don't all that often anymore - it was a nice send off :) she rocks - and she promised to send me little care packages with fun stuff for my room - so SHE BETTER!! haha... well, i think i'm done now - gotta go do some packing and figure out a few crafts and then i'm on my way to bed and to camp tomorrow -- here's all my info for the summer for those who don't have it and wanna keep in touch!! haha address at camp: Colleen Crozier c/o Camp Kwasind R.R. #1 Utterson, ON P0B 1M0 e-mail: kwasind@muskoka.com and put my name in the subject box (and if you do e-mail me...put your return ADDRESS in so that i can write you back in letter form) KEEP IN TOUCH ALL!! i will miss you terribly! |

It's been awhile since I haven't been sleeping and I'm still exhausted all the time. Ever since the banquet I've been getting full sleeps, along with full naps almost every day. I just don't understand why I'm so tired....things really aren't that crazy anymore, other than at home but it's not too much on me...I just don't get it. Music stuff is done, although people still haven't picked up their music wear...which is kinda annoying -- but if they don't pick it up...i'm KEEPING IT!! muahahaha ... haha just kidding...but they better pick it up soon. Well, i've got lots of stuff to do for english tonight -- still gotta read the crucible sometime soon -- and i have a math test tomorrow :S eeks...kinda scared because i don't really understand logs and lns ... i'll figure it out somehow. hmm, getting excited about camp -- not too long...going up on the 26th now instead of the 25th since i have a wedding that day and i can't get up until the next day. although i'm hoping to make a trip on friday to camp - but we'll see...got tons of stuff to get up there now before my dad kills me.  blankokay that's enough for today...wish me luck for tomorrow... oh....the Backstreet Boys new album is out ... 12 NEW SONGS!! hehe i can't wait to get it...i heard their hit right now and it's AWESOME!! haha...i want it now! and now that i have money (and hopefully will be receiving some more soon - from work as well as from the gov't) i think i'm gonna get it! muahaha |
